Our Commitment

The college is committed, through its programs and policies, to embracing diversity, fostering inclusiveness, and advancing equity in creating a work and educational environment that empowers individuals to live and work productively in an ever-changing global society.

��Ƶ’s commitment to diversity compels it to confront prejudicial, discriminatory behaviors and policies. The college supports aggressive steps and programs intended to remedy the historical under-represented of persons of color, women, veterans, and persons with disabilities in the workforce, and in ensuring a learning environment that is inclusive and equitable for all.

Leadership

Educates and advocates for diversity, equity, and inclusion for students and employees as part of the College's efforts to create an environment of dignity and respect for all people.

Committee

Promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to support the College's efforts to increase employee and student diversity, increase student persistence and completion rates, and increase the campus diversity climate for promoting contact with and understanding of diverse populations.

��Ƶ is committed to embracing diversity, fostering inclusiveness, and advancing equity. As part of this commitment, we have created an Accessibility Guide: a compiled guide to policies, programs, and physical spaces pertaining to inclusion here at the college.
