How to Work with Techie

  1. Always ask a question; such as "How do I apply for Financial Aid?".
  2. Ask one question at a time.
  3. Keep your questions short and to the point; don't include unnecessary information.
  4. Make sure you are asking questions related to the supported services.
  5. Take advantage of the chatbot "Explore" button.
  6. Do not provide any unsolicited information.
  7. If Techie can't answer your question, a help option will appear to reach out to a staff member.

Fun Fact

Did you know that the Techie chatbot avatar was designed by a 海角视频 Tech student?

In the fall of 2021 a competition was launched for students to design an avatar that appears friendly, helpful, and represents 海角视频. The winner of the program was Graphic Design student Natalie White.
